Quakerism at Guilford Series Begins April 4

A five-week series on Quakerism at Guilford starts Thursday, April 4, with a discussion on the concept of authority led by Bill Rogers, president of the College 1980-96.
The series, sponsored by Friends Center and the President’s Office, will be held on Thursdays, 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. in the cafeteria. Lunch will be provided through the support of the President’s Office.
Subsequent sessions will be on peace/justice; simplicity/stewardship; equality/diversity; and decision-making/process. Presenters include Maia Dery, Jada Drew, Daniel Rhodes, Heather Hayton, Jack Zerbe and others.
