Damon Akins Speaks Nov. 18 on American Families After WWII

Assistant Professor of History Damon Akins will lead a seminar discussion at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, on the lower level of Hege Library.
The seminar, American Families in the Post-War Years, is sponsored by the Friends of the Guilford College Library in advance of the Bryan Series lecture by Tom Brokaw, newsman and author of The Greatest Generation and other books. He speaks Thursday, Nov. 29, at War Memorial Auditorium.
Refreshments will be served, and the seminar is free of charge.
