Bill Grubbs Jr. Dies Dec. 19

William “Bill” Grubbs Jr., son of Professor Bill Grubbs Sr. and Jo Ellen Grubbs, died Dec. 19 at his home in Oak Ridge. He was 49.
A certified public accountant, Bill Jr. loved animals and car racing and founded Project Racing Home, a greyhound rescue group. His obituary is available on the News & Record website.
